
I remember I was the last person to recognise that I was going through chronic stress. I was sitting at GP surgery and filling out the questionnaire, ticking the right boxes that reflected how I felt and the result – Chronic Stress.
My initial reaction was, no way I feel normal – this is how I have been progressing; doing my work, chores, child care routines, ticking checklists – I felt completely normal.
Chronic Stress or Burnout means that we are running on a survival mode for a longer period of time.People who go through Chronic Stress or Burnout don’t know what symptoms to look out for.
