4.Payments and Refund Policy Digital Products All purchases of digital downloads, toolkits, self-paced programs, and online course materials are final and non-refundable. Live or Virtual Group Sessions (Workshops, Masterclasses, Challenges)
All group sessions are non-refundable once purchased.
No rescheduling or rearrangement is available for missed group sessions.
By registering, you acknowledge that attendance is your sole responsibility.
No refunds, replays, credits, or transfers will be provided for non-attendance.
One-on-One Sessions (Coaching or Mentoring)
One-on-one sessions are non-refundable.
You may reschedule your session only if you notify us at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled time.
Requests made within 48 hours of the session, or missed appointments, will not be rescheduled or refunded.
